Please read, numismaticnews.net/buzz, this item was not made for circulation, in fact it had to of been made illegally !!!!!  you will not find it in your change!!!!!!  so please stop calling about it, unless you would please call the TV or radio station that told you about it to ask them why they are so f-------- stupid. And please remember that an item listed at a certain value, by a seller, on E-bay, is no indication of its actual value!!!!!!!
